On behalf of the president, Hauke Busch, Jennifer Hundt and Marieke Höhn traveled to Sharjah in June for the graduation ceremony.
There was also a personal meeting with the Vice Chancellor of the University of Sharjah Qutayba Hamid and the coordinators Eman Abu-Gharbieh and Rabih Halwani.
Furthermore, doctoral students organized a dinner with all former and current PhD students of the Lübeck-Sharjah Dual Degree Program.
